Quality Planning and control for new project to mitigate the quality risk
新项目的质量策划及控制消除质量风险
？ Participation and coordination in APQP job with project team, resources allocation and coordination, and provide PPAP documents to customer etc.
负责与项目团队一起协调APQP阶段的工作，并向客户提交PPAP相应的文件等
？ Responsible for the quality issue of prototype stage, including first sample check based on drawing, prototype training to inspectors etc.
负责样件制作阶段的质量工作，包括首件与图纸的确认，样件检验人员的培训等
？ Definition and update of inspection WI during APQP and mass production stage according to quality requirements.
根据质量要求制定有效的检验程序和更新
？ Plan, monitor quality control and quality improvement activities to make sure to meet company’s quality standard and customer requirements
计划、监督质量控制及质量改进措施，以确保符合公司的质量标准及客户的要求。
？ Problem solving and conduct corrective action as well as verify the implementation, and experience sharing to other projects based on 8D rule
主导客户质量事故原因分析，整改计划提出及进度跟踪，并经验分享到其他项目。
？ Responsible for production related quality issues of his projects
负责自己项目的生产线异常和质量相关的问题处理
？ Improve the customer quality and keep customer quality under the target
改善提高客户质量并保持客户质量在目标以内
？ Other tasks assigned by Superior上级指定的其他任务
Job requirements 岗位必备条件
Bachelor degree or above majored in Science or Engineering
本科及以上学历，工程专业学历背景
TS/IATF16949 internal auditor
IATF16949内审员证书
At least 2 years working experience in related industries within automotive, cross function of Quality
2年以上汽车及相关行业工作经历
Good command of English
英语口语表达能力及阅读能力强
Computer user (Office software, SPC)
熟练操作办公自动化软件
