工作职责：
1.高级设计师需要在奢侈品零售幕墙部门协调项目交付的所有设计元素，从合同授予到实际完成。
2.根据客户要求进行立面设计。在设计和工程团队内工作，以提供符合公司质量标准的完整设计包。
3.负责与项目经理，现场团队，工程师，对2D商店施工图和加工图的生产团队的协调。
4.监督和/或编制投标书和施工方案的模型和图纸。
5.在招标采购阶段，从客户模型上获取材料样件。
6.按公司程序准备计划，文件和记录。
7.完成直属经理分配或指派的任何项目相关任务。
8.处理其他分配的工作。
任职要求：
1.8年以上幕墙建筑行业相关工作经验，最好有高级设计师或团队领导职位的工作经验。
2.良好的施工方法，材料和制造工艺知识。
3.有玻璃幕墙、钢结构或饰面板经验。
4.有3D建模经验者优先，但不是必须的。在使用3D建模的团队中工作将非常有益。有Rhino、AutoCAD 3D或Revit经验者优先。
5.有使用点云（3D）测量经验者优先。
6.熟练掌握英语、粤语和普通话。
7.熟练使用MS Office办公软件。
8.积极主动，责任心强，能承受工作压力。
Responsibilities
1.Senior Designer required to coordinate all elements of project design delivery, from contract award to practical completion, within the luxury retail façade sector.
2.Develop the façade design as per client’s requirements. Work within the design and engineering team, in order to deliver a complete design package to company quality standards.
3.Coordinate with Project Managers, Site teams, Engineers and 2D shop drawing and fabrication drawing production teams.
4.Oversee and/or carry out preparation of models & drawings for tender presentation & method statements.
5.Take-offs of materials from client models during tendering and procurement stage.
6.Use of company procedures in plan preparation, documentation and recording systems.
7.Complete any project related tasks assigned or guided by the Line Manager.
8.Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
1.8yrs+ relevant experience within the façade construction industry, preferably with previous experience within a senior designer or team leader position.
2.Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and fabrication processes is required.
3.Experience of glass facades, curtain walling, structural steel or cladding is required.
4.3D modelling experience is preferred, but not a requirement. Working within a team where 3D modelling has been used would be highly beneficial. Experience of Rhino, AutoCAD 3D or Revit is preferred.
5.Experience of model coordination within a BIM environment would be an advantage.
