工作职责：
1.设计师需要在奢侈品零售幕墙部门协调项目交付的所有设计元素，从合同授予到实际完成。
2.开发和协调3D模型的节点深化，同时完成对施工图和加工图的深化设计工作。
3.负责与项目经理，现场团队，工程师，对2D商店施工图和加工图的生产团队的协调。
4.为投标文件和方法说明准备模型和图纸。
5.在招标采购阶段，从客户模型上获取材料样件。
6.按公司程序准备计划，文件和记录。
7.完成直属经理分配或指派的任何项目相关任务。
8.处理其他分配的工作。
任职要求：
1.5年以上幕墙建筑行业相关工作经验。（经验丰富者将任命为高级绘图员）
2.良好的施工方法，材料和制造工艺知识。
3.有玻璃幕墙.钢结构或饰面板经验。
4.必须有3D建模经验。Rhino是首选，然而AutoCAD 3D, Revit也会被考虑。有Tekla, Solidworks和其他模型协调经验者优先。 有BIM环境中模型协调经验者优先。
5.有使用点云（3D）测量经验者优先。
6.熟练掌握英语、粤语和普通话。
7.熟练使用MS Office办公软件。
8.积极主动，责任心强，能承受工作压力。
Responsibilities：
1.Designer required to coordinate all elements of project design delivery, from contract award to practical completion, within the luxury retail façade sector.
2.Development and coordination of detailed 3D models for use in shop and fabrication drawing preparation.
3.Coordinate with Project Managers, Site teams, Engineers and 2D shop drawing and fabrication drawing production teams.
4.Preparation of models & drawings for tender presentation & method statements.
5.Take-offs of materials from client models during tendering and procurement stage.
6.Use of company procedures in plan preparation, documentation and recording systems.
7.Complete any project related tasks assigned or guided by the Line Manager.
8.Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements：
1.5yrs+ relevant experience within the façade construction industry.（Candidate with more experience will be considered for a Senior Designer role）
2.Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and fabrication processes is required.
3.Experience of glass facades, curtain walling, structural steel or cladding is required.
4.Must have 3D modelling experience. Rhino is preferred, however AutoCAD 3D, Revit would also be considered. Previous experience in coordinating Tekla, Solidworks and other models would be advantageous.
5.Experience of model coordination within a BIM environment would be an advantage.
6.Experience of using point cloud surveys would be an advantage.
7.Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
