Sourcing Engineer
Key Responsibilities主要职责
1) Customized Parts supplier sourcing, evaluate purchasing cost of main materials in Quotation Stage
新产品、新材料供应商的开发，主要原材料的估价
2) Initially confirm sample quality, compare quotations and Negotiate prices with suppliers in case of prototype needed
初步确认新样品的质量，与供应商的比价、议价谈判工作。
3) Search for substituted materials, material market price change tracking, continuously reduce purchasing cost and improve quality for checking that current cost is competitive
替代材料的搜寻、掌握原材料市场价格行情的变化和品质情况持续降低采购成本和提升产品质量。
4) Prepare relative technical, quality documents, communicate and coordinate with TE & QC
采购部门有关技术、质量文件的拟制，与技术、质检部门有关技术、品质问题的沟通与协调。
5) Evaluate current supplier price, capacity, quality and delivery situation, to make sure stable suppliers base.
对现有供应商的价格、产能、质量、交期审核工作，以确定供应商的稳定供货能力。
6) Place orders and control materials delivery.
物料订购与交期控制。
Job Requirements能力要求
1) Engineering degree, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
本科学历，机械或电气工程等相关专业
2) Familiar with related metal or electrical materials and standards 熟悉金属或电气料件
3) Good command of written English 良好的英语读写能力
4) 3 years or above working experience in purchasing or sourcing position
3年或采购或供应商开发工作经验
5) Ability to understand the metal sheets drawings
